Finance Transformation Assistant Manager (Insurance)

The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC Insurance company and is urgently looking for a Finance Transformation Assistant Manager to join the company. This is a 12-month contract with a strong view for permanency/extendibility, looking for a candidate to start immediately.

The Role

• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance finance system and operations efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as representative from finance team, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current financial processes and systems.
• Lead the implementation of finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, UAT and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and operational standards
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Candidates from Big 4 insurance transformation experience / insurance transformation team is a MUST
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
