Senior Finance Manager (Listed Co.)

The Senior Finance Manager will be at the forefront of managing the financial health and reporting processes. You will ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, manage financial operations, and provide insightful analysis for management decision-making.

Description

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations
• Ensure the timely completion of management and statutory financial reporting, with a focus on delivering sound financial analysis
• Oversee cash flow planning and handle all bank-related matters
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting exercises to ensure accurate and reliable financial projections
• Develop and implement new financial policies and processes to align with evolving business needs while ensuring robust internal control
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to PSPM, ROP, and AML
• Manage annual insurance renewals and oversee coverage for various risks
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents
• Set up new entities and plan their respective accounting structures
• Handle ad-hoc finance duties as required by the business

Profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA
• 8 years of relevant working experience, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations
• Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management
• Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
