Description
The Accounting Intern will assist with Data Analysis and General Accounting tasks, which includes mastering procedures, compiling reports, and conducting presentations for Management.
The qualified Intern should be expected to contribute & improve in the following:
- The Accounting Intern will be responsible for aiding in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management.
- The intern will carry out general accounting responsibilities, overseeing Accounts Payable, and tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, they will complete the Fixed Asset capitalization process and produce audit lists.
- They will also perform account reconciliations as needed.
Qualifications
- Pursuing undergraduate business-related degree
- Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
