About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Team, support our clients and contribute to our continued growth and success. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for working directly with Clients to identify fuel tax benefits that will have a direct impact on their businesses. You will also exhibit leadership skills, coordinating workflow for a small Team. Most importantly, you will have a personal and thorough approach to work and build long lasting relationships with your Client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build & maintain trusting relationships with Clients and Team Members
  • Collect & analyse Client financial and fuel records to identify fuel tax benefits
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Team, in addition to coordinating daily workflow
  • Liaise with Clients and assist with answering general queries
  • Produce precise reports and tailored recommendations for Clients
  • Research provisions of tax and indirect tax legislation
Skills and Experience
We are looking for an individual with a high level of attention to detail, who enjoys working with Clients and has a passion for understanding different businesses and industries. You will be a key member of our Team of industry-leading professionals. Prior industry knowledge will be beneficial, however is not critical.

You will also require the following:
  • Proven experience with transferrable skills in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Bookkeeping, or Administration
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills, using exceptional interpersonal skills to delegate tasks and guide Team Members
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with Clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations
  • A professional and positive approach to work, consistently upholding high standards
