• Lead and supervise the tax team on day-to-day operations.
• Provide tax advisory services to real estate and core asset management clients.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Tax Manager - Core Asset Management - should have:

• A degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A qualification in tax such as CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA
• An in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and other financial systems.
