We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support stakeholders with decision-making processes related to planning, forecasting, performance evaluation, analysis, and reporting. This role will actively contribute to the enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, as well as support business process development.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and modeling to support the evaluation of new opportunities, projects, or partnerships.
- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Data Analysis for Decision Support: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and internal insights to provide valuable information for decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Collaborate to define and monitor performance metrics that align with financial objectives.
- Forecasting Management: Assist with the forecasting process for assigned functions. Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze deviations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Budget Alignment: Ensure initiatives align with the company's budget and financial goals.
- Financial Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, offering insights into financial performance.
- Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance or a related field, preferably within an international company.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
