• Leading and managing audit and accounting projects

• Implementing financial strategies and policies
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the team
• Contributing to the firm's business development activities

Profile

A successful Audit & Accounts Manager should have:

• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Proven management experience within the professional services industry
• Strong understanding of audit and accounting practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Minimum of 6/7 years of UK practice experience required.
