Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business and functional requirements
- Document requirements, including high-level and detailed features
- Identify integration points with existing systems and specify necessary data flows
- Analyze current workflows and processes related to task management
- Map and document future-state workflows to support enhanced task management and workplan administration
- Develop process flow diagrams to represent end-to-end task and workplan management
- Create use cases, user personas, and user stories to define core functionality and user interactions
- Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements
- Deliver a comprehensive requirements document for stakeholder review and approval
- Provide a final report summarizing process mapping and requirements, ensuring alignment for future solution development
- Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
- Work closely with development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
- Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
- Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
- Conduct UAT of a delivered scope
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager
- Advanced level of English
- Good theoretical understanding of software development
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team player, responsible and hardworking
