The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

As part of Treasury/ Chief Investment Office you will provide support for the firm in areas related to: trade execution, settlements, P&L production, internal & regulatory reporting of capital, liquidity, interest rate, fx as well as global initiatives for process optimization / automation.
Job responsibilities:
- Daily, monthly and quarterly data analysis and reporting to identify & resolve product lifecycle events and address reporting requirements.
- Perform various data variance analysis and data quality investigations across multiple asset classes.
- Participation in global “Change the Bank” projects and contribution to change implementation, while cooperating with global stakeholders, including Technology, Finance and other.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage available toolsets (Robotics, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Excel) to own and lead through their completion.
- Continuously enhance the overall controls environment and operating model across core operational activities, with the goal of improving timeliness and reducing operational risk to the firm.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A minimum of 6+ years’ experience in corporate treasury/middle office operations / finance / liquidity/capital management - within banking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Prior experience within financial risk (liquidity, capital, market) or P&L production including internal and/or external reporting.
- Prior experience with various asset classes (derivatives, fixed income, FX, money market products).
- Strong MS Excel skills, with ability to work with & analyse large data sets, problem-solving skills, aptitude to work with numbers.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and commitment to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Ability to impact wide groups of stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- “Can-do” attitude and teamwork-focused personality.
- Control-oriented mindset with ability to spot and escalate issues early and propose viable solutions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, Python is a plus).
