Job Description
In this role, your main duty will be to manage and ensure adherence to social security regulations, overseeing the organization's social security programs. Responsibilities include administering benefits, maintaining precise compliance reporting, and executing social security policies within the organization.
- Lead the management and administration of social security benefits effectively, including programs related to retirement, disability, and healthcare, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to regulations.
- Regularly develop and revise internal social security policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and organizational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process and policy enhancements globally, leading discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate social security services across client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate compliance and providing technical support to relevant territories and/or clients
- Assist in presentations and proposal preparations, providing expert advice on social security compliance matters.
- Partner with external service providers and agencies to facilitate the smooth administration of social security programs.
- Engage with government agencies to manage and resolve social security-related issues.
- Handle the submission of social security applications on government websites and monitor the progress of obtaining and distributing certificates.
- Track the receipt of certificates from authorities and verify their accuracy.
- Confirm the correctness of data in scenarios involving overlapping travel or certificate coverage dates.
- Communicate with local authorities regarding the status and certification of current social security certificates.
- Coordinate the efforts of network offices in the process of acquiring Social Security Certificates.
- Prepare billings for interoffice and client transactions.
- Generate dashboards and reports for client and internal stakeholders, providing insights into compliance status and potential improvements.
- Provide support for social security inquiries from network offices, assignees, and clients.
- Develop and deliver internal technical guides and training programs for Social Security teams, including network and engagement teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Any Undergraduate or Post-graduate degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related field
- Minimum Years of Experience:0-1 years of experience in Thailand Individual taxation
- Certification(s) Required: Nil
