This position reports into FPA COODINATOR LATAM and is based at Bangalore.

We are a Global FP&A Team based in Brazil. Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business towards a healthier future.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll create analytics to support business decisions to improve P&L and BS/FCF productivity.
- You’ll work on Budget vs Actual updates, support and analysis.
- You’ll develop advanced analytics tools to support self-service way of working.
- You’ll play a key part in the enhancements of FP&A processes, by eliminating non-value added activities, improving efficiency and using tools and data to create value.
- You’ll support the new system’s implementation by testing and deploying changes to the current FP&A environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Previous experience in FP&A.
- Advanced/fluent skills in English are essential (presentations, listening and written).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mentality, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to identify, recommend, implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ability to manage large datasets, meet deadlines, and present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong initiative with a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in shaping & driving strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver automated reporting and analytics.
- Experience with systems – mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools / Data warehousing (Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
