Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute the division's strategy, aligning financial and operational objectives with overarching corporate goals.
- Lead the business planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and strategic priorities, while tracking performance against key metrics.
- Spearhead initiatives that drive the execution of business strategy, working across functions to optimize outcomes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Define and implement global financial standards and local guidelines to maintain financial discipline, improve control processes, and ensure continuous enhancement in financial operations.
- Ensure the availability of high-quality financial and business data by creating transparent reporting systems, streamlining processes, and maintaining reliable financial information for internal stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on strategies to mitigate potential business risks while driving growth. Ensure clear communication regarding business risks and strategic adjustments.
- Lead the development of tools and processes to improve financial reporting and analysis, ensuring they meet defined standards and closing timelines.
- Develop and enforce internal controls for financial and non-financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation at all levels.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring timely and proactive communication on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence.
Profile
- With over 10 years of experience in financial controlling, business controlling, and management accounting, you are well-versed in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving value through data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and alignment with international teams and stakeholders.
- Possess a robust knowledge of financial reporting and analysis, with proven experience in creating and presenting insightful dashboards that provide management with clear, actionable financial performance indicators.
- Bring advanced proficiency in SAP, with a deep understanding of the industrial market, enabling seamless integration of financial data and operational insights.
- Hold a professional degree in Accounting and Finance, bringing strong technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles.
