This is a Senior/Finance Manager with an Industrial Engineering MNC that provides opportunities for long term career development.

Description

Reporting to the Head of finance, you will

  • Oversee full spectrum finance matters, including monthly reporting and day to day Finance operations like Tax, Audit, lead a team of 5 headcounts
  • Be responsible for projects across SEA, perform cost and revenue recognition at different stages of projects
  • Business partnering with Project Managers and Engineers to evaluate the financial performance and cashflow of projects
  • Set KPIs, provide recommendations on how cost and revenue targets can be improved
  • Drive monthly meetings with senior management, present financial reports and insights
  • Strengthen internal controls, implement policies to ensure compliance and timely reporting

Profile

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting and Business, at least 8 years of working experience in finance controlling and project accounting capacity
  • Technical competency using SAP and other commercial ERP, hands on experience with Project System module will be highly advantageous
  • Good communication skills to business partner with Finance and Project leaders
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines
