APAC FP&A Manager

Directly report to FP&A Director, responsible for APAC business finance report.

Description

• Assist leadership in making strategic decisions by conducting thorough analyses of costs and operating expenses to pinpoint areas for improvement and the root causes of performance discrepancies.
• Collaborate on and scrutinize sales forecasts, comprehensive profit and loss statements, and annual operational and capital planning endeavors to ensure high-quality outputs while maintaining an impartial and balanced viewpoint.
• Facilitate month-end closing procedures, including variance analysis and reporting, and initiate and sustain monthly reports for key stakeholders.
• Advocate for and support financial transformation initiatives and facilitate regional knowledge exchange.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement efforts and promote the digitization and automation of reporting and commercial/financial processes through internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Offer financial support on an as-needed basis, including financial modeling assistance for special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Profile

• 10+ years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A or business controlling in MNC. Background in Big Four accounting firms or management trainee program preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with excellent command of English in speaking and writing
