Opis stanowiska

• Execution of operational activities for assigned business units/countries within RTR area in particular: MEC, fixed assets management, intercompany, accounts review analysis, reporting, support for internal and external audit
• Partnering Headquarter providing necessary analysis within RTR for decisiveness processes
• Managing project activities for the newly established hub, including knowledge transfer, transitioning finance processes, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Managing effective business relations with stakeholders, vendors, partners and peers
• Strong advocacy and drive to standarise and optimise new solutions for RTR processes including improvements and automations across the countries in EMEA, support in group projects

Profil kandydata

• Min. 4 years of work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with execution of General Ledger/RTR processes
• Fluent English (at least B2) is mandatory, knowledge of German or French may be a plus
• Advanced proficiency with processing in ERPs (SAP and MS Office), experience in S/4 HANA will be a key merit
• Focus on improvements and experience in introducing work automations in accounting process
• Previous experience in a transition of process or development of new Global Center may be very helpful
• Advanced finance degree or accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, chartered accountant) will be an additional plus
• High focus on team work
