We are looking for a Financial Advisory Manager to join our client's team. This position provides an excellent personal development opportunity as well as career prospects for the job holder. ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is one of the leading multi-disciplinary audit, accounting, tax, and advisory firms and is located in Birkirkara.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Strategy: Oversee and deliver high-impact financial advisory services, including business planning, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.
- Corporate Valuations: Lead corporate valuation projects, providing strategic insights and detailed analyses that help the clients understand the true value of their business.
- Deals & Transaction Support: Provide expert transaction support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals, guiding clients through financial due diligence and negotiations.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to develop business plans and financial forecasts that drive long-term growth and stability.
- Capital Structuring: Advise on optimal capital structures to support business goals and growth strategies.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with senior management and C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor on key financial decisions.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge financial advice.
- Business Development: Support the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding their service offerings.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in a financial advisory role, ideally within a business advisory or audit or consultancy firm.
- Prior experience of working in the advisory sector is considered essential.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment, working with businesses to optimize financial strategies, deliver value, and drive growth.
- You are eager to transition into a managerial role where you can lead teams, influence high-level decisions, and shape financial futures.
- You are a team player and self-motivated.
- You have an analytical mind as well as an eye for detail.
- You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
EDUCATION
You are suitably qualified as an accountant and preferably hold a CFA qualification or equivalent.
WORKING TIME
Flexibility in starting time, from 07:00 till 09:30, 40 hours per week with 60 minutes break.
