Job Description
The Global Mobility Tax team supports large international companies and their employees with their tax matters. As a team member, you:
- Advise on wage tax / personal income tax and social security consequences of employing people in an international context (expats, remote workers, board activities, etc.)
- Assist individual taxpayers in managing their personal income tax situation
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, explaining Dutch taxation rules and processes
- Correspondence with employers and the Dutch tax authorities
- Act as the right hand of the managers you are working together with, as well as support more junior colleagues in developing their consulting skills and tax technical knowledge
Qualifications
You are an energetic person who is eager to learn. You work very well in a team but can also take on the responsibility for your own workload. You handle yourself well under pressure and strict deadlines and you put the employee and client experience as your top priority. You want to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues, build relationships, grow and make an impact. You have a sparkling and firm personality, and you have excellent communication skills. You also possess the following competencies:
- You have a completed a Master’s degree preferably in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law
- You have solid knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and payroll tax
- You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- You are interested in digital upskilling and openness to learning new tools and ways of working
- You work well with teams across the global in other cultures
