What you will be responsible for
As Financial Reporting Associate 2, you will
- Prepares and performs first level reviews on client financial reports/statements (TSR focus, will also include N-CSR, NPORT Part F, Form N-MFP as directed).
- Processes and clears comments and assists with draft and support distribution to client and auditors, ensuring that all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed upon time.
- Research and resolve exceptions and issues. Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other Shared Service teams, external clients and Client Operations as needed.
- Ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicates effectively with client when necessary.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure timely sign off on all checklists.
- Document any updates or changes to formal processes and procedures.
- Participate in projects as well as prepare and verify information for those various projects/special requests when needed.
- Perform duties of Associates if required, perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance. 1-year relevant work experience or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrates computer proficiency, strong technology skills, as well as problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on collaboration with both clients and other internal service teams.

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $60,320 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
