Key Responsibilities (Based on Team):

Tax Team:

• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll tax reporting.
• Provide guidance on tax responsibilities, treaties, and benefits.
• Conduct research on international tax issues and maintain compliance records.

Immigration Team:

• Assist with preparing and submitting immigration applications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with immigration policies for globally mobile employees.
• Act as a point of contact for clients on immigration matters, providing timely updates.
• Research and stay informed on country-specific immigration policies.

Billing Team:

• Manage project billing, collections, and financial metrics tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for client engagements.
• Address client billing inquiries and improve financial processes.
• Support financial reporting and engagement management activities.
