Commercially focused Head of Finance role supporting Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. Salary and car allowance to £90,000 plus 15% bonus and excellent benefits

Description

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives
• Lead a team of financial professionals to deliver on financial targets
• Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain and present financial information in a concise and understandable manner
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and business profitability
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support business decisions
• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will have:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager ideally within the FMCG industry or in a sales and marketing led business
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
