The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees financial operations, compliance, and procurement for schools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulations. This role involves strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals.

Description

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including compliance and reporting.
• Develop and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Partner with school leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Optimize financial systems and drive shared service implementation.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards.
• Lead and coach finance teams to achieve organizational goals.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred.
• Over 8 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Thai accounting standards.
• Experience with shared services and managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Oracle NetSuite.
• Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
