Description

• Collaborate with leaders to analyze financial data and support strategic planning.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate and enhance financial reporting processes for better efficiency.
• Lead cost analysis, pricing initiatives, and performance tracking projects.
• Automate performance reports and create dashboards to enhance decision-making.
• Define and standardize KPIs for critical business functions like procurement and supply chain.

Profile

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Over 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes and related accounting.
• Skilled in financial tools like Power BI and other analytics software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with senior management.
• Fluent in English and open to traveling as needed.
