We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Remote Team. Job Type: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide support to clients with QuickBooks-related questions and issues.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and customers.
- Create financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve the company's financial health.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Graduates (Accounting & Finance), ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with clients and independently.
Timings:
Shift #1 03:00 PM to 12:00 PM
Shift #2 06:00 PM to 3:00 AM
