Page Personnel are partnering with an exciting business based in Fareham looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is an exciting business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Fareham and do require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor performance against budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support efficiency improvements.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
