This role involves supporting a dynamic team of Senior Managers, Directors and Partners with all aspects of growing and servicing a small but rapidly growing Financial Services sector-focused team within BDO’s Corporate International & Transfer Pricing group – including the management of work on a range of transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects across Asset Management, Banking, Fintech & Crypto businesses.
We’ll help you succeed
You will play a pivotal role in helping to win and manage various projects in an entrepreneurial environment, collaborating across streams in the UK firm to deliver effectively to clients in the UK as well as through our overseas offices. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting transfer pricing projects, as well as general transfer pricing opportunities, and global documentation and operational transfer pricing engagements.

- Transfer pricing policy design/ advice to our broad base of FS clients
- Actively managing project teams and supporting Senior Managers, Directors and Partners with delivery quality advice to our clients
- Good financial hygiene, managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of engagements Coaching and developing junior team members, which will also include delivering training sessions and providing on-the-job coaching
- Timely reporting to senior management

- Actively developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, and helping to manage business development activities and identify new opportunities
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven relevant FS transfer pricing experience
- Highly organised with excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to delegate to, and manage, junior team members
- Ability to work autonomously and to take the initiative as appropriate
- Sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate ethical/ risk issues and know when to involve others
- High level of drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude, and ability and willingness to keep up to date technically
- Commercial awareness and ability to positively engage with clients
- CTA, ADIT, ACA, ACCA, Economics or Law degree, or equivalently qualified
