  • 1 + year (Junior) and 2 + years (Operations Analyst) front-to-back Client Due Diligence/Know Your Customer, up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
  • Able to manage and analyse data efficiently, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Highly confident and capable of identifying client needs.
  • Risk assessment and thorough due diligence skills.
  • Superb verbal and written communication, flexible, energetic and proactive.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Your future role

Team works for a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the Investment bank to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world, provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the bank’s assets and its reputation.

Serving as internal division team develops the controls & processes, helps to specify the systems that deliver timeliness, accuracy, security and integrity to the business.

Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to review new and existing clients with a focus on excellent client service, efficiency, control and all procedures required.

Building strong relationships with institutional clients, such as hedge & private equity funds, asset managers, custodians, fund managers – we work with a focus on great client experience.

  • Broaden your knowledge of all requirements needed in KYC CDD
  • Active discussions with F/O to understand and manage priorities.
  • Focus on sound implementation of process requirements and CDD KYC policies.
  • Owning and steering the onboarding process on behalf of the desk for all client types and product.
  • Improve tight timelines management for trade dates, market specific deadlines and financing launches,
  • Improve prioritization of your work in a highly organized manner.
