WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead commercial decision making around base performance trends, risks and opportunities from consolidation of financials and supporting business analytics, demonstrated leadership around prioritization of allocated volumes and driving tough trade-offs, investment prioritization and optimization across ANI among other critical responsibilities.
- Oversight and coordination of the Division's financial planning activities including the compilation, analysis, and distribution of management review packages for Latest Best Estimates (LBEs).
- Oversight of the preparation and analysis of Division P&Ls for the above planning activities as well as for month – end Actuals.
- Being the liaison between Division Finance and the various divisional financial planning groups around the world plus AN Finance.
- Oversight of all Division-level bi-weekly and month-end sales reporting.
- Coordination of all scheduled POC planning activities (such as the creation and distribution of all division-level templates, schedules, instructions, guidelines and calendars).
- Employee management, coaching, and development for exempt individuals.
- Month-end close and reporting for Division (variance analysis, performance commentaries, etc.).
- Coordinate financial submissions to Corporate via follow-through (via various divisional finance groups) of management review, finance-related action items.
- Oversee all Division-level month–end and ad hoc sales reporting activities.
- Perform and / or coordinate ad hoc analyses (such as forecast scenarios) for Division Controller, upper-level management and Corporate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or financial auditing. Equivalent experience is defined as six years experience in accounting.
- Advanced degree or CPA preferred. Typically requires 10 years of relevant work experience to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
- Candidate/incumbent should possess: ability to clearly, concisely and accurately communicate with others through various means; ability to interact with finance and non-finance professionals at all levels; ability or aptitude to supervise others; ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications; ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; displays socially and professionally appropriate behavior; ability to work independently and in groups; demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills; ability to operate independently with broad scope of responsibility under minimal supervision and under challenging time constraints; ability or aptitude to apply in-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting methodologies and Division-specific operations; ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions; ability or aptitude to utilize computer software applications to complete tasks.

The base pay for this position is $143,300.00 – $286,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
