Junior Consultant for Strategy a Transactions (Valuation and Modeling) team

Marek Jindra, Partner of the Valuation and Modeling team, says: “As a junior, you will participate in important projects right from the start. Your work will involve not only analyzing data or searching for it through databases. You will have the opportunity to participate in the process of valuing companies from start to finish. This is not routine work, as all companies, transactions and sectors have their own characteristics. During each valuation, something will surprise you, which will allow you to learn how to navigate this business much faster and you will definitely not get bored.”

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in projects providing consultancy services for corporate valuation and financial modeling
• Participate in both the preparation of valuation models and comparison of different business valuation methods
• Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports, final reports and opinions for clients

Skills and attributes for success

• Economics or math university studies completed
• Basic knowledge of finance terms
• Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Fluent English and Slovak
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical, logical and critical thinking
• Enthusiasm and continuous learning mindset
• Attention to detail and precise approach

Contract type: full-time

Start date: ASAP

Wage (gross): 1550€/ month.
