This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact by managing and driving corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including:
  • Liquidation
  • Receivership
  • Judicial management
  • Schemes of arrangement
  • Monitoring or acting as a special accountant
  • Debt restructuring
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the progress and timely delivery of all assignments.
• Conduct financial reviews and develop comprehensive restructuring proposals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Strategically delegate tasks within the team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring successful and timely completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preference for candidates holding professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
