Description

• Manage and mentor the accounting team
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Perform audits and identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage tax planning and compliance
• Engage in strategic financial decision-making

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Experience leading a team within a finance department
• Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and databases
