Due to expanding business needs, we have now created a Country Finance Director for the Singapore market.

Description

Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will oversee and drive the financial strategy of our local operations with revenue size in excess of S$250M+. You will be leading the controllership, FP&A reporting, commercial finance and compliance pillars to achieve business objectives through sound financial oversight. You are a strategic business partner to cross-functional heads and senior leadership to guide the financial decisions of the business and align with regional/global corporate goals. This person should have an eye for efficiencies and identify areas of improvements for finance processes to drive best practices.

Profile

• Ideally, you possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance with 10+ years of finance experience with the initial career starting out in Big 4 and moving into MNC environment.
• Strong people leader with the recent years managing multiple teams within finance and proven track record in developing talents for succession planning
• Thrives well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment dealing with high volume business. Candidates from FMCG / retail / Pharmaceutical / Supply Chain will be highly desired
• You possess excellent excellent problem solving, agile and quick to respond to changes
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
