VP - Finance COE

The VP - Finance COE will be responsible for driving the delivery of the controllership function. The role is a strategic role and will support the growth of the organisation in multiple different dimensions

Description

As the VP - Finance COE your role will include

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth
• Provide financial projections and accounting services; prepare growth plans
• Lead a team of over 30 FTEs across multiple different areas of consolidation, accounting and reporting
• Oversee all fiscal and regulatory compliance related to accounting and financial reporting
• Interface with senior management to provide strategic and operational financial input
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals
• Lead the Finance Centre of Excellence, driving best practices across the department
• Manage financial risks and opportunities within the technology and telecoms services industry

Profile

A successful VP - Finance COE should have:

• Willingness to work a 2PM - midnight shift
• CA/ CPA with more than 15 years of work experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Currently located in Mumbai City or ready to relocate
• Experience in the BPO/ KPO industry is highly preferred. Alternately and end to end experience within the GCC industry will also work
