Your role asaclient service manager is to oversee the successful delivery of tax services and ensure the accuracy to your group of clients. This will involve analysis, resolving technical and operational issues before the delivery of products to clients. You will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure their needs are being satisfied and to discuss industry-related and technical topics with them. It will also be important to develop strong relationships with internal divisions of the company and to manage special projects and assignments. You will be responsible for risk management and participating in increasing product offerings and new business.

What you will be responsible for
- Tax reporting oversight for our clients
- Client relationship building and engagement
- Year-end audit management and planning
- Technical support for tax distributions and tax provisioning
- Work closely with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure the reports are fit for requirement.
- Client solutioning and ability to manage tax requirements
- Actively managing risk, issues, and incidents impacting Tax Reporting.
- Business Activity Statement lodgements
What we value
- Strong tax technical knowledge
- The ability to answer client and external auditor/advisor’s queries
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes
- Management skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Confident in making decisions autonomously and taking initiative
- Taxation financial services experience– in particular managed investment trusts and industry superannuation funds
- Tax and compliance experience
- Minimum five years of work experience in accounting, legal, financial markets, custody, or operations.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- CA / CPA qualified or working towards qualification
