Join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team within Deals Transaction Services, helping organizations maximize value during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. As part of our FDD team, you’ll provide corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Help transform findings into transaction insights like price adjustments and warranties.
- Collaborate on structured reports and support decision-making for clients and investors.
- Support regional transactions and deliver data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of experience in external audit (preferably in Financial Services) or financial due diligence, ideally in transaction services or a multinational organization.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
