Opis stanowiska
Financial Consolidation and Reporting:
- Prepare and consolidate the Group's financial statements (Balance Seet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and Changes in Equity) ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Consolidate financial data from entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Prepare financial information, including IFRS 16 disclosures, cash flow statements, and other reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Prepare the year-end financial reporting package, ensuring accuracy, and including comprehensive notes, disclosures, and significant accounting policies for clear and compliant financial statements.
Month-End Review and Analysis:
- Perform analytical reviews of month-end financial reports, identifying variances and trends, and provide detailed commentary on results and fluctuations.
- Ensure the integrity of consolidated financial information by reviewing reconciliation reports and adjustments.
Documentation and Adjustments:
- Maintain detailed documentation of system-generated and manual adjustments at the group level, ensuring transparency, with well-documented audit trails.
Foreign Exchange (FX) Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Treasury Department to perform FX analysis and assess its impact on consolidated financial statements.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance teams across all entities to ensure alignment in accounting practices and the smooth flow of financial data.
Profil kandydata
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, with solid IFRS knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English for effective communication in an international setting.
