The Head of Accounting will be responsible for leading the accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial data in the company.

Description

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the accounting functions of the organisation
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare and present financial reports to the top management
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Work closely with the finance team to create budgets and forecasts
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with external auditors and manage internal controls

Profile

A successful Head of Accounting should have:

• A qualified CA with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the accounting field
• Open to Pune as a location.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing in the Manufacturing Industry
• Must be managing a Team in their present capacity.
