The Head - Internal Audit is responsible for drafting and formulating internal policies and procedures and leading the internal audit training programs and setting the audit methodology standards within the company per the IIA.

Description

• Actively lead the preparation and formulation of SOPs and procedures.
• Streamline processes and ensure compliance across business units.
• Leading the internal audit training and development programs.
• Creating, updating and ensuring compliance to the audit methodology.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for audit processes.
• Identifying key areas of risk within the organisation and proposing appropriate controls.
• Ensuring audit findings are properly communicated with management and the audit committee.
• Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.

Profile

A successful 'Head - Internal Audit Training & Methodology' should have:

• Candidate must be a qualified CIA (non-negotiable criteria).
• At least 10 years of overall experience in auditing, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Must have experience in drafting and implementing SOPs and procedures.
• Open to Mumbai as a location.
