• Leading the Business Control department, and managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensuring the financial performance is in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Driving improvement in financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Providing financial advice and guidance to the senior management team.
• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
• Working closely with other department heads to drive the company's financial performance.

Profile

A successful 'Head of Business Control' should have:

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the Accounting & Finance field.
• Open to Pune as a location.
• Candidate should come with experience working in the infrastructure or Energy & Natural Resources industry.
• Candidate must presently be managing a Team.
