This position will be based in their office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

about the job

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, as a Finance Manager, this position will be mainly responsible for the Finance Operations, mainly AP and AR.

• Oversee timely and accurate AP and AR processing.
• Optimize working capital and cash flow.
• Ensure prompt, accurate supplier payments.
• Manage customer invoicing and collections.
• Implement credit controls to minimize bad debts.
• Resolve payment disputes with stakeholders.
• Streamline AP/AR processes for efficiency.
• Strengthen internal controls over cash handling.
• Perform other assigned duties.

requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Professional certification (e.g., MIA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / MICPA / ICAEW).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AP/AR management, with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and credit control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Willingness to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
