RTR Accountant/Senior (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the accounts (P&L, BS, CF, and audit schedules) for month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions (e.g., preparation of audit schedules, financial statements, and managing audit queries).
• Provide guidance to other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to meet end deliverables and KPIs.
• Prepare and post journals, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Analyze accounts and prepare detailed schedules and financial statements.
• Support management decision-making by providing actionable financial insights.
• Drive fast-close accounting processes.
• Participate in and contribute to process automation and improvement initiatives, including leveraging RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
• Undertake any additional assignments as required by the team lead/manager.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in Business Central (accounting software) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
