Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Global Compensation and Services team to work with our Total Comp technology solution - in a fast-growing tech scale-up environment. You will support the implementation of technology solutions to meet the compliance needs of our clients, helping manage data and payroll processes for their mobile workforce. As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with clients to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and excellent customer service, while learning and contributing to the advancement of our Total Comp technology solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary support contact for day-to-day client interactions, helping maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist with the end-to-end global compensation managements and payroll processes, including collecting, processing, and distributing data to meet key client deadlines.
  • Support the validation of payroll data and conduct reconciliation analysis to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Help manage global payroll and compensation tracking for client-assigned employees, monitoring delivery timelines and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to data reporting and analytics, providing clients with insights to support their mobility program decisions.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and suggesting technology enhancements.
  • Participate in client projects and workshops, helping gather requirements and ensure client needs are met.
  • Support year-end reporting, ensuring accurate payroll and compliance documentation for clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the multi-geographic hybrid team, learning from senior members and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; some knowledge of global mobility, expatriate tax, or payroll management is a plus.
  • Experience with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, data analysis tools, and an ability to quickly learn data visualization and project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ideally with some experience managing or interpreting complex datasets.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Understanding of global payroll compliance and tax concepts
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team, with a positive attitude toward mentorship and development.
