Your key responsibilities as the Transfer Pricing Manager

Conducting functional analysis interviews and performing comprehensive industry research.

Executing benchmarking studies and preparing detailed transfer pricing documentation.

Reviewing and recommending strategic planning opportunities for clients.

Assessing inter-company agreements and relevant internal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Assisting with transfer pricing audits and supporting Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).

Collaborating on cross-border transfer pricing projects with the international network of firms.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or relevant professional qualifications.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.

Extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, handling tax inquiries, managing projects, and mentoring junior team members.

Excellent judgment with the ability to identify and assess risk issues, knowing when to seek input from others.

Strong drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service with a positive attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with a team of like-minded professionals.

Experience working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm.
