Job Description
The Financial Analysis will support in analysing financial data, preparing reports, and dashboard. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience with Power BI and or workday for data visualization and reporting. In collaboration with the Continental Europe (CE) Netherlands Finance team, you will be responsible of:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario planning using advanced Excel functions.
- Monitor and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to track key financial metrics.
- Transform large datasets into actionable insights using Power BI’s visualization tools.
- Support the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Assist in identifying key business drivers and assumptions for accurate forecasting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested to support various strategic initiatives.
The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Business Controller / Finance Director and play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations.

Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI and or Workday
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oneview) and other BI tools is a plus.
Languages
- English Language is Mandatory (both written and oral)
