Your key responsibilities as the M&A Tax Manager

• Provide effective tax advisory and compliance services to top-tier corporate clients in the financial services industry.

• Foster strong relationships with relevant client contacts and provide independent advice on assignments.

• Identify new business opportunities proactively.

• Develop and market new products or service offerings.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any discipline or a relevant postgraduate or professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, or Law is required. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate tax compliance or advisory within the financial services sector. Membership in the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and demonstrate strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
