Job purpose

As an A&T Assistant you will support the Senior Accountant in managing day-to-day accounting and tax needs for our clients. You will work alongside a senior member of the team who will also support your growth at TMF.

Key responsibilities

• Making entries into accounting system (sales and receivables, costs and liabilities, bank statements, etc.) in accordance with accounting and tax regulations
• Performing reconciliations, as requested by accountant/manager
• Preparing various and basic tax returns
• Sorting and filling documents into: third party invoices, company’s sale invoices, bank statements, cash documents.
• Verifying the completeness and consistency of accounting information received.

Your profile

• French B2; English B2;
• A first training/apprenticeship experience in outsourcing firms or multinational is a plus;
• Responsiveness, timeliness and team spirit;
• Knowledge of at least one accounting software will be considered a plus: Sage; Loop; Yooz or equivalent, Netsuite, SAP or Yardi.
• Proficiency in Pack office, particularly Excel.
• Flexibility in a scalable environment, interest in new technologies.
