Your key responsibilities
As a Corporate Tax Senior Associate, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with commercial tax insights and guidance. Your role involves assisting business leaders in making informed decisions through your tax expertise, advising on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, financing, and tax audits.
You will coordinate advice from foreign offices on international matters and prepare reports and presentations for clients. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of corporate tax returns and planning, engage with Revenue authorities on client-related issues, collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, mentor junior tax professionals, and contribute to market and business development activities. 

Requirements

• Over three years of corporate tax experience in an accounting or legal firm
• Qualified, such as membership in the Irish Taxation Institute
• Prior or current experience in Ireland is highly desirable
