Your key responsibilities

• Guiding multinational clients on corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax, conditional withholding tax, payroll tax, and tax treaties
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across various practice areas such as Corporate Notarial, Employment, Finance, Projects & Restructuring, and Litigation
• Mentoring, motivating, and challenging colleagues within the Direct Tax team to foster their development and enhance leadership skills
• Identifying opportunities for delivering optimal advice and services
• Taking a prominent role in coordinating with international colleagues and specialists
• Contributing to expanding your client portfolio and advancing the growth of the practice group

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a completed master's degree in tax law or fiscal economics, along with a completed NOB education. Ideal candidates will have 6 to 10 years of experience in the field of international tax advisory, with a preference for experience with the US. Additionally, we seek individuals with a strong sense of entrepreneurship and an international mindset, coupled with a persuasive and energetic personality. Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing, is required.
