Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • You are curious, energetic, proactive, and interested in actively improving finance systems and processes;
  • Although you enjoy collaborating in a team environment, you can also work independently while building interpersonal relationships and managing senior stakeholders;
  • You are familiar with contemporary computer environments and are proficient in MS Excel, SAP and Ariba;
  • You fit right into this role if you have one year of experience as an executive assistant and either one year in a finance/controlling environment or are currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field;
  • You communicate fluently in English ‒ additional German skills are an asset.

A big plus for this role is if you have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and especially how Cloud Billing works.

Your future role

  • Support us with your input during our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities;
  • Generate the internal billing from IT to the business units for their respective Cloud consumption. This mechanism is still to be created and you will be in charge to design and develop some of the processes related to the billing mechanism;
  • Generate reporting tasks that monitor cost, budget, and project spending;
  • Assist and take responsibility for the forecasting, planning, and budgeting process;
  • Collaborate on various ERP, reporting, and process improvement initiatives;
  • Bridge the gap between business and support functions, both within Switzerland and abroad, to cooperate on financial issues;
  • Bring your personal touch to administrative functions as you organise meetings and events, coordinate business trips, and manage the CIO's calendar.

What we offer

  • Stable job in a multinational company based on an employment contract;
  • Working in a flexible hybrid model - partially from home and the office;
  • Additional 2 paid days off and 2 days for charity activities;
  • Private medical care program, life, and travel insurance;
  • Access to various forms of recreational and social activities (MyBenefit, Multisport, bike rental, sports teams);
  • Onboarding plan from the first day of work and the Buddy Program - support from a dedicated coworker;
  • Friendly organizational culture (integration events, well-being, and diversity & inclusion programs);
  • Wide development opportunities (individual career path, training in soft and technical skills, access to modern training platforms, including Udemy for Business, LinkedIn Learning).
