Our industry-leading partner seeks a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join their forward-thinking and creative Professional Services Practice. This position can be based in multiple dynamic locations, including Berlin, Freiburg, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, or Cologne.

Your key responsibilities
The role involves assisting multinational corporations in formulating and documenting transfer pricing policies and the execution of strategies related to transfer pricing. This includes designing approaches for cross-border value generation and devising inventive solutions such as appraising intangible assets. Additionally, it encompasses safeguarding transfer pricing systems during tax audits, appeal processes, mutual agreement discussions, and advance pricing agreements (APA). You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing a project portfolio and nurturing your team members' professional and personal growth. Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing the transfer pricing practice through specialised expertise, relevant content, and client-focused events.
Requirements
For this position, you should possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in the field of international tax law, particularly focusing on transfer pricing. A background in economics or law is essential, and your qualifications should reflect this. Your role will demand strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to your work. Furthermore, it's important to have an empathetic personality, clear objectives, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Effective communication is crucial, and you should be proficient in both German and English to excel in this role.
