Kingpin International is actively seeking a Senior Manager in Indirect Tax to join our client's dynamic team, situated in the heart of Cork, Ireland. Your key responsibilities 

As a Senior Manager in Indirect Tax, you will oversee a diverse client portfolio and coordinate cross-functional teams to consistently deliver exceptional services. You'll lead client relationships, serving as the respected face of the company.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior staff, empowering them to gain valuable technical and practical experience as they advance in their careers.

Collaboration with the leadership team, both within the tax department and across other service areas, will be pivotal in shaping and advancing strategic initiatives for the business. You'll directly influence market approaches and actively participate in branding efforts, thought leadership, and client engagement activities.

 

Requirements 

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Indirect Tax, preferably with advisory exposure. An MA degree in Tax, Finance, Law, or related field is highly desirable. Strong relationship management skills are essential, coupled with a clear ambition for personal growth and development.

As an enthusiastic team player and capable manager, you should possess a genuine passion for coaching and motivating others to reach their full potential. Additionally, your business acumen should enable you to proficiently leverage various tools and techniques to extract insights from current market trends. Analytical skills, effective time management, and impactful communication abilities are also desired.
